Wow! What another great year 2019 was and 2020 is already off and running. Winter appears to be over which means if you've been thinking about selling your property, now is the time! Interest rates are still low and so is inventory.

Here are a few simple suggestions to keep your home show ready and a step ahead of maintenance issues:

  1. Keep your lawn, sidewalks and patios neat, tidy and manicured.
  2. Give the Orkin Man a call. Make sure your home's interior and exterior is pest-free.
  3. While you're at it, call the window washer too and get him scheduled. You don't want all these gorgeous views around here obscured by streaks, clouds and handprints.
  4. Make sure your gutters are clean and your roof is in good shape. Roofing issues tend to pop up often on home inspections.
  5. Have your heating, cooling and water heater serviced and upto-date.
  6. Call us! We are here to help and guide you in the right direction when it comes to getting your home sale-ready!
